EINES Paint Tunnel scans all defects on the vehicle surface. The system performs a 3D positioning to obtain the specific location of the defect. It is a real-time detection that shows the results immediately after the vehicle passes through the tunnel. Various report and analysis functions are available according to your needs.
In addition, EINES® and Konica Minolta have developed a classification system based on Deep Learning. This system can classify defects into different groups such as flat, fibrous, convex, concave, scratch, drop, bump and dent.

The system analyzes each door and vehicle part in a personalized way for the customer. It is an integrator of various component checks: electronic devices, lighting or decorative inserts, color recognition, presence or absence of parts, relative measurements, etc. The system can detect components that are the same color as the background on which they will be placed. Using Artificial Intelligence, the images taken are processed differently depending on the external light. In this way, images with fixed contrast parameters are obtained to facilitate component detection.
